Once we deliver a digital product or account, refunds generally aren’t possible. Why? Because these products are instantly usable and cannot be physically returned. But we stand behind what we deliver. If something’s wrong — like the account doesn’t work — we’ll help fix it or replace it.

B. When You Might Get A Refund

You could get a refund or replacement if:

Some products have a guarantee period — like 7 days or a set number of logins. If the product stops working during that time because of us, we’ll fix or replace it at no cost.

4. How to Ask for a Refund or Replacement

5. Special Situations

A. Wrong Login Info Or Delivery Mistakes

If you can’t get into your account because of wrong details or delivery errors, we’ll fix it for free. We might ask for screenshots to see the problem.

B. Account Disabled By The Platform

If your account worked at delivery but was later disabled by the platform during the guarantee period, here’s what we can do:

  • Extend your service
  • Help recover the account if possible

Keep in mind: Platform bans or suspensions are out of our hands. Refunds for these happen only after we review each situation.

C. Typos In Delivery Info
